SMS Terms of Service

If you, the Tenant Prospect and/or Tenant, and Vendor want to receive and send SMS from 401NYC LLC, you must email [email protected] or reply to the email from [email protected] with "I Agree to the SMS Terms of Service" in the Subject Line of the email. In the body of the email, you must explicitly say "I consent to receive SMS notifications from 401NYC LLC relating to doing day-to-day business as an Applicant or Tenant for a property owned or managed by 401NYC LLC. I understand and agree that the SMS notices will include, but not be limited, (i) Notifications on where and how to Apply for a Specific Apartment, (ii) to receive Account Notifications, (iii) Customer Care Notifications, (iv) Security Alerts, (v) Rent Reminders, (vi) Maintenance Updates, and (vii) other similar conversational emails relating to the application or tenancy."

By opting into SMS by email or other medium, means you agree to receive/send SMS messages from 401NYC LLC as referenced above.

By your electing to consent to receive/send SMS from 401NYC LLC, it is agreed 401NYC LLC will not share (a) your decision to opt-in/opt-out to receive/send SMS with 401NYC LLC, (b) your phone numbers, (c) mobile communication, and (d) other data; with any other companies, unless required by law or court order. Message frequency varies and Message data rates may apply.

At any time, you want to no longer receive or send SMS with 401NYC LLC, you can send a SMS "STOP" or email to [email protected] that you elect to opt-out of receiving emails or texts. Reply HELP for support.
